Refunds & Cancellations

Plain-language policy for Helmr subscriptions, operated by Surya Narayana Enterprises LLP.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel your Helmr subscription at any time from within the product — no calls, no forms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops all future charges. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly fees are charged in advance and are not refunded for the month in progress. Cancel anytime to prevent further charges.

3. Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, we refund the amount paid minus one month's fee at the monthly rate (and minus any waived one-time fees actually consumed, such as migration work already performed). After 30 days, annual fees are refunded pro-rata for full unused months, minus the annual-plan discount benefit already availed.

4. Duplicate or erroneous charges

Duplicate payments or charges made in error are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Write to [email protected] with the payment reference.

5. Add-ons and metered usage

Add-on modules can be removed anytime; removal takes effect from the next billing cycle. Metered WhatsApp usage already consumed is billed and not refundable. One-time services (e.g., migration) are refundable only if the work has not begun.

6. Your members' payments

Payments made by gym members to their gym are between the member and the gym, under the gym's own refund policy. Helmr does not hold these funds and cannot issue refunds on a gym's behalf.

7. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment aggregator, typically within 7–10 business days. GST on refunded amounts is adjusted by credit note where applicable.
